PAINTED AFFECTS: This truly unique
Mer~Baby boy has been lovingly hand painted and sealed using Artist quality
GHSP. His body, tail, facial details & hair has been perfectly
matched toned in beautiful rich russet browns and rich green colours. with many painted affect details on body, tail & face making this a wonderful example of a Merboy baby.
The TAIL: The
Mer~Babies tail has been lavishly hand painted using rich blended
tones or russet browns, rich greens and golds, creating an overall gradient affect of varying shades to produce
the opulent look on this amazing tail. His tail has slighted
shimmer to give the affect of slippery fish wet look with a small amount
of crystal glitter for extra radiance and sparkle (without overdoing it at all).
THE FACE & BODY: This
Mer~Boy has been painted in soft pale flesh with green undertones giving him a wonder Ethereal feel, because
Mer~babies don't really go in the sun his skin appears somewhat translucent a look that really suits him well. Mer Boys face and body has added
detailed green and russet coloring to match his tails, eg: he
has delicate hand painted scales on the temples, cheeks and torso, gills on his neck, all with an added hint of sparkle or shimmer to give him the appearance of luminosity. His eye lids & lips have each been
delicately shaded with green tones as well to blend perfectly with the overall
affect of this amazing Mer Babies look.
THE HAIR: This adorable
Mer~Boy hair has hand painted red/brown crinkle curls, to
match the brilliant coloration of tail. He also has delicate painted brows, and micro rooted lashes.
DETAILS & ACCENTS: I have chosen to step away
from the traditional or expected look of shell and pearls and instead I
have chosen a shabby look. using brown jute and green and rust brown velvet floral accents I have created a lovely band to go around his waist. I
am really thrilled with how all my Mer~Babies have come
together and I had a wonderful time being creative and magic with them all.This Mer~boy in particular is a one off baby, he took a look of time and devotion to make two separate kits blend seemingly into one looking as thought this is how they are meant to be..
