No matter what type of floral design you work on, American style, European style or Japanese style, it is so important to earn a decent skill, which is a key to success for you to make a remarkable difference in your floral design hobby or business. California Flower Art Academy
is here to help you. Our initial experience in teaching floral design in the United States goes back to 1988 when our managing director started teaching flower arrangement in the San Francisco Bay Area as a volunteer.
Two years later (1990) we established a floral design school. Since then we have been educating uncountable number of students who would like to learn floral designs.
While we have been teaching flower arrangements to our students, we have been experiencing various event decorations such as international sister county celebration party, wedding parties, various floral shows and retail shop decorations whatsoever. What we are now doing is teaching flower arrangements, providing opportunities of teaching floral designs at the classroom, offering opportunities of experiencing event floral decorations to our students as well as providing various advices to our graduates who are engaged in event floral decorations and offering their own classes.
At the moment, we can find many graduates who are really enjoying floral designs as a hobby. Some of them are engaged in running a floral shop and some have their own classes. Even after graduation, we keep a close relationship with many people who learned at our school. Most secrets and know-hows we are now teaching to our students are what our instructors learned from their own teachers, what they actually experienced through various events and also what they learned from books and information published in the market. In a sense our students are beneficiaries who can easily get know-how's and secrets that have been learned by our instructor and accumulated for the past long period of time.
Through out long term experience, we know how to do and what to do in order to effectively train our students so that they can become a floral artist. If you really want to learn flower arrangement and would like to earn a practical skill, we can help. For those who have no experience, we recommend following programs:
A. European arrangement:
B. Japanese floral art:
REMARKS: We do not offer Ikebana Arrangement Instructor Course. None of Ikebana programs/courses offered by our school are not designed for training students to become Ikebana Instructor.
If you cannot join weekday or daytime lessons, why not join our Weekend Class or Evening Class ? Classes are offered every week all year long. For more information, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
