Click on the photos to enlarge the size. The upper arrangement is called Diamond Arrangement because the top view (bird's eye view) shows a diamond shape. The lower one is called Oval Arrangement. Strictly speaking this oval arrangement does not use floral foam (Oasis). Therefore we call this type of design "Natural Arrangement". So we can call the lower arrangement "Oval Shaped Natural Arrangement). Both arrangements were made by our student under the directions of our instructor during real lessons in the classroom of California Flower Art Academy
having classrooms in San Jose and Burlingame (San Mateo County).
It is difficult to distinguish between Diamond Arrangement and Oval Arrangement UNLESS we can clearly view from the top of the arrangement (like a bird's eye view). Both arrangements are horizontal designs that needs a little bit more space than vertical arrangements. The lessons for learning both Diamond Arrangement and Oval Arrangement are included in the standard curriculum of Fresh Flower Arrangement Elementary Course
. If you would like to learn these arrangements, we recommend you to join above mentioned Elementary Course which is offered every weekend all year long. For more information, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
