All floral arrangements were designed and made by our students under the directions of our instructor during real lessons in the classroom of
California Flower Art Academy. Upper one is European arrangement (vertical arrangement) and the lower one is Ikebana that is called "
Moribana" arrangement. The title of this page asks "How long does it take to complete elementary course ?". Quite frankly it depends on how many times you can take lessons and also how skillful you are. We can reply as follows:
This course consists of 12 designs. Students usually learn 2 designs per session that lasts about 2.5 hours. If you can attend a class only once a week, it will take 6 weeks to complete the course. If you can take lessons twice a week, you can complete it in 3 weeks. If you can take lessons three times a week, you can complete in 2 weeks.
