Ready to make spring wreaths mounted on front doors ?
The photo source of these wreaths are Better Homes and Gardens.
Spring is coming soon. Are you ready to make spring flower arrangements ? The wreaths shown in this page are designed to be mounted on the front door or front gate of premises using spring flowers. For the main body of most of American wreaths, grapevines are often used. On this circular grapevine wreath, they put flowers (fresh and natural or artificial), greenery and/or other materials for decorations.
This base material for wreath (called grapevine wreath) used to be made by a floral designer. Nowadays however it is usually procured at a craft shop such as Michael etc. Therefore it is now much less time consuming than before. It MAY be easier than you think.
The lower wreath looks like being mounted on the gate of a house to welcome visitors. Although they are designed for decorating front doors or gates, they can be displayed on the wall over a fireplace mantel in the family or living room. If you want to keep them for a long time, you had better use artificial flower (or leaf) materials place on the grapevine wreath.
