These flower arrangements were made by our students under the instructions of our floral design teachers during real lessons in the classroom of California Flower Art Academy.
As you know, making a dead copy of somebody's design means duplicating someone's design as is without making any modifications. In case of our students, they are allowed to make a dead copy of the designs made by our instructors. Therefore they do not have to worry about the infringement of copy right etc. It is definitely legal.
Just like a baby imitates a mother's pronunciation when learning a language, flower arrangement students should duplicate what their instructor shows in the classroom during a lesson. No matter what they learn, language, swimming, and the way of presentation, it is so important to imitate their teacher's and mentor's way. Only after they have completely got the same way, they should begin to think about the variations and their own way.
In order to encourage our students to do this way, we always recommend them to bring a digital camera with which they can keep a record of floral designs they make during a lesson. This will help them review and practice after getting back home.
Majority of our students have no previous experiences in floral arrangements. Therefore they need to learn starting from scratch. Making a copy of our instructors' designs is the initial step for learning flower arrangements and it is no problem at all.
