Since I was a very young child I've always been under the influence of my grandmother.  She got me started into painting and then beading.  I've found often that I enjoy dissecting vintage and creating something fresh and new.  The idea of something uniform out of chaos and seeing the finished product worn by others is a constant stimulus.
