We realize the myriad benefits of massage and the importance of human touch. Massage is able to affect the nervous system to relieve stress, soothe muscles, relieve aches and pains, regulate disturbed sleep habits, improve circulation, promote lymphatic drainage, restore vigor, vitality and energy flow to the body. Massage also releases endorphins to enhance emotional/mental states; eliminating feelings of depression and sadness. The integrative, alternative and preventive holistic therapies we provide offer a holistic approach to health maintenance and wellness; treating the whole body; mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually, thus, allowing the body to heal naturally.

Norma has been practicing holistic services for 12 years; is a graduate of Pacific College of Oriental Medicine; holding a certificate in Massage Therapy and Asian Bodywork, a Science of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix, certificates of completion in Asian Fire Cupping, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Holistic Health and Wellness Reiki Energy Healing/Masters Level , Meditation, Chakra Energy Healing, and Bio Magnetic Therapy,

Norma Brinker, Fine Art
Norma has been painting since 2002, a self taught abstract expressionist painter. Motivated by love of color and abstract compositions with mixed media; she also enjoys paper crafts; such as painted papers, making original cards, junk journals, book binding and jewelry making. Norma offers individual and group classes.
Artist Statement
Abstract art represents workings of the inner being; is an expression of self and is born out of experiences, desires, hopes and dreams. Art seeks to satisfy a longing to be understood and accepted. Art communicates when words dare not or cannot; Art is life's forces screaming to be released, embraced and appreciated.
