This is a Rosemary Valente Tote. It's a little wrinkled right now because back in November I had a really bad fall- it was raining and my Valente tote got all wet and muddy. Well I washed it; which brings to mind another feature of the bag. It is completely washable and the vibrant colors maintain their consistency throughout the bag. (High Quality) Since I have it out, I might as well put an iron to it so that I can use it again:) I admire Rosemary's talent, especially her use of color. Her paintings are vibrant, and not over powering, sort of a subtle vibrancy. I mostly enjoy her landscapes and sunflowers. You can see more of Rosemary Valente's work at www.rosemary.valente.com. This hand built ceramic bowl is one of my favorite ceramic creations. It was made with low fire clay and then painted with red paint and flicks of different colors of paint to give it a speckled appearance. It has an intentional crack and the words ' Don't Break My Heart' I bring it out every valentines day. This morning, my husband asked ' where's my valentine?' So, I handed him my bowl. Boyfriends, Husbands, Lovers, be sure not to break your valentines heart this Valentine's Day. Do something extra special :) I made my valentine a special valentine's card and trying to decide what special dish will await him when he comes home from work.
I am in the process of taking better photographs of my jewelry to put it back on my website. My one of a kind jewelry is hand crafted using a variety of beads, findings, and other materials.
