By joining this program, students can learn two designs of basic Japanese traditional floral arrangements called Ikebana spending about 2.5 hours. This short seminar is designed for those who have no (or only little) experiences in Ikebana arrangements. Students can enjoy having a wonderful experience of ikebana arranging.
We limit number of students to no more than 4 per class/instructor so that our instructor can teach each student by way of hands on training of ONE ON ONE instructions (semi private lesson). This program is offered to entry level of students not only for them to enjoy experiencing Ikebana arranging but also for them to evaluate the way we teach before they make up their mind for joining official Ikebana course.
As of December 1st, 2017, the lesson fee for this program is $98 which covers not only tuition but also Kenzan (needlepoint holder to hold flowers) and Suiban (flat and shallow type container specifically designed for Ikebana arranging). If students want to continue to learn Ikebana, they can proceed to Ikebana Arrangement Elementary Course.
We offer this program every week throughout the year per our Class Schedule at San Jose classroom close to the city of Cupertino. For more information, please feel free to contact firstname.lastname@example.org
