A giclee is a high- resolution, high-fidelity high
tech reproduction done on a special large format printer. Giclees can be
printed on any number of acid-free media, including canvas and watercolor
paper. The process uses lightfast(fade resistant) pigmented inks. Giclees are considered
original art works and are collected by most major museums.
