Hooty Puppet 2023 Hooty Puppet 2023 This puppet of Hooty from "The Owl House" was made for my Luz cosplay, but since it shows more of my technical skill, I posted it on its own. It is made from zote foam, a dryer tube, and an old shark grabber toy.
