Painting answers my lifelong urge to render what I see around me into my art. My paintings represent the people I have met and the many places all over the world where I have lived and visited.
I studied and received my BA in Fine Arts at the University of Arkansas. Here in Austin, Texas I paint with the Waterloo Watercolor Group. My paintings Joanna and Circus Fantasy both won Merit Awards at Waterloo Watercolor Annual Shows.
I am in the late stages of ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis) also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease.
