DIAN DANGLER
Born and raised in Hawaii, I developed a love of the ocean and marine life, which led to my education in Marine Biology, Sculpture and Painting. My artistic background includes an Art scholarship from Brigham Young University-Hawaii and a Fine Art Major in Sculpture at the University of Hawaii. In 1973 I returned to the University of Hawaii to study Marine Biology. While in Hawaii I was an active member of the Pacific Handcrafters Guild. I use the medium of clay and glaze to express my appreciation for the beauty of marine wildlife. Currently I work out of my studio on Camano Island, WA.
