Norma’s Variety of Spice Blog Hello Readers:) “Let Food Be Thy Medicine and Medicine Be Thy Food” I try to stick to this Hippocrates motto. In the photo is my 1st course for breakfast; fruit, herbal tea blend, vitamins and chia seed water (consumed throughout the day). I jump start my morning routinely with nourishment, which I believe keeps me healthy and from getting sick.

Norma’s Variety of Spice Blog Every year I create a journal for myself to keep record of things and jotting down thoughts, ideals and memories; sometimes adding photos and memorabilia. During the past years, I used my journals for keeping business appointments. This photo of collected felt, fabrics, ribbon and satin is actually the start of an artsy junk journal that will keep me busy for a few months in the upcoming year .

Norma’s Variety of Spice Blog I don’t have a photo to describe the description of the effect my client was experiencing after her massage; so, I Chose a snippet of this painting ‘Behind the Scenes’ I’ve received plenty of positive feedback’s throughout the years; but, this is a new one; she said she felt “intoxicated”. Wow! You don’t have to drink alcohol, just get a massage by Norma; you’ll leave feeling woozy:) Have a good night.
