Norma has been painting since 2002. She is a mixed media abstract artist who uses various mediums in her paintings and collage works of art.

Beliefs My belief regarding: Massage
Massage is a healing energy/touch therapy; in which, stress, physical pain and emotional pain can be relieved when administered in a caring and safe environment.
Reiki
Reiki is another healing energy that can benefit physical, mental and emotional illnesses . I believe, Healing in all therapies is from God and therapist are instruments God uses as tools.

In the photo is my 1st course for breakfast; fruit, herbal tea blend, vitamins and chia seed water (consumed throughout the day). I jump start my morning routinely with nourishment, which I believe keeps me healthy and from getting sick.

Norma’s Variety of Spice Blog Every year I create a journal for myself to keep record of things and jotting down thoughts, ideals and memories; sometimes adding photos and memorabilia. During the past years, I used my journals for keeping business appointments. This photo of collected felt, fabrics, ribbon and satin is actually the start of an artsy junk journal that will keep me busy for a few months in the upcoming year .
