About
"I have lived and worked on Guernsey now for 25 years and have continually produced artwork inspired by the varied and stunning nature of the island. I recently completed my third “Painting a Day Challenge“, having done so in 1999, 2010 and then in 2020 ".
Originally from Liverpool, Rob studied Illustration at Kingston Polytechnic before taking up his first teaching role near Salisbury. When he moved to Guernsey in 1996 with his young family he began teaching at Les Beaucamps before becoming Head of Art at St Peter Port School in 2001. He has been Head of Art at Les Beaucamps High since 2009 and continues to share his passion and love of art and the island with his students, many of whom have gone onto successful art related careers.
