About the Artist
Having a passion for art ever since I can remember, I formally studied studio arts, design and art history at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and Montserrat College of Art, Beverly, Massachusetts, where I graduated in 1982. Following graduation, I exhibited my painting and collage work in and around the Boston area, chiefly at the Orphanos Gallery on Charles Street in the Back Bay area of Boston.
My art endeavors combined with a passion for art history eventually led me to a career with Universal Art Images in Sarasota, Florida, where I assumed the presidency in 1995 and directed the company as a leading provider of high quality products for teaching art history and art appreciation.
