In a move welcomed by visiting artists and Ramona Art Guild members alike, the Guild is beginning a new schedule of monthly meetings that will alternate between Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings. The change will allow artists to present workshops on Saturday afternoon while providing provide a free demonstration at 10 a.m. the same day.

On alternate months, we will continue to meet on the third Wednesday at 7 p.m. and will feature hands-on art projects, movie nights, and other activities. By alternating these meetings with the Saturday demonstrations and workshops, the Guild hopes to offer a flexibility that will allow more members and visitors to participate in art guild events.

Meetings and workshops are held in the community room of the Ramona Library.
As usual, we break for the summer: no meetings in July and August.

The Guild is a non-profit organization that provides the community of Ramona, in San Diego County California, opportunities to advance their knowledge and appreciation of the visual arts as well as to to display and sell their art. Scholarships are given to encourage young artists in their pursuit of the arts.

The Guild's general meetings are an important social outlet for artists and their peers.  A guest artist will demonstrate their craft and refreshments will be served at most meetings. The meetings are free and the public is welcome. Come and join us!

The Guild is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and all donations received are fully deductible.
