About

I work at home in my two studios; the main one is in New Orleans, the other one is in the west of Ireland where I live for a few months each year in the summer. I studied at the Boston Museum School and Cooper Union in New York City, as well as The New School and The Arts Students' League. Besides studying fine arts, I also studied antiques and art history at Sotheby's in London, and graduated from The International Culinary Center in New York. I was lucky enough to grow up in the Off Broadway theater world in New York City where both my parents were involved. My part was as a set painter and designer. I have had many gallery shows in the East Village, and a one woman show at La Mama, NY NY. Lately, after moving to New Orleans a few years ago, I find I have more time to paint and to enjoy being surrounded by wonderful artists who have been a great inspiration for me. I am currently showing at the Sullivan Gallery in New Orleans.
