A scene from a Lucid Dream 12/11/2020.

... it is daytime and I am outside of my house on the street looking toward the North.Though it is daytime I get the impression that I can kind of see the Christmas star in the sky. Also in the sky I see something flying in a serpentine sort of way. It might be a kite and it seems to be moving in relation to an airplane that is flying overhead. However, as I go into my yard I can see that the serpentine flying object is not anywhere close to the airplane and is actually a lot smaller and closer to me. In fact it looks like it is made out of wood– it's wooden sections aligned vertically to the ground as it sort of swims like an eel in the sky..... Then, I notice that my hand seems to have more fingers on it than normal. Does this mean what I think it means? I look at my hand again. Sure enough there seems to be  little fingers that have a sprouted on the edges of my normal fingers. When I count them, I have more fingers than I should. I know what this means! It means I am dreaming! I tell my dream companion that this is a lucid dream and that I am going to fly! I leap up into the air flying over my house. Just beyond the house, I can see my mind is beginning to generate imagery to fill in the background. I see trees, houses and other things starting to manifest. And, there is this clear white light – like sunlight with a clarity unusual in waking life. I can sense my dream companion flying somewhere nearby. I begin to sing at the top of my voice – a jovial tune with lyrics that went something like this, "Everything's wonderful, minute by minute. Everything's wonderful when you're Lucid in it!" As I sing this song, I am quite impressed to watch as my mind continues to generate imagery to fill in the background — but I get concerned that I will not be able to maintain this degree of lucidity for very much longer....
