I am British but have been living in Portugal, my adopted country, since 1971. I have always been interested in art and have been very involved in it from a young age. As well as drawing and painting I have experience in painting scenery for theater productions , poster design, trompe-l'oeil and murals. I paint in Acrylic and oil mostly in the ultrarealistic style.
Recently I joined the group Arte na Freguesia de Cascais and have started drawing and painting in watercolor in plein air around the district of Cascais. It has been very liberating working outside and in a different media. See my work in my gallery Arte na Freguesia.
