Through a customer service excellence attitude, your satisfaction from your choice of my art work greatly matters to me.  Upon a sale, I am open and willing to deliever/install your selected piece (locally within a 20 mile distance -- all others are shipped by my or gallery's expense).  All sales are final.  Because my work lives on with you, I am committed that the piece sustains its value.  If for any reason, the art work becomes damaged, contact me; and I'll make the effort to restore its condition. Bottom line: while I am dedicated to my creative work, you can count on me to honor our long-term rapport.
