| A Colorado native I have been taking pictures most of my life. I am currently an engineer, fireman, hostler and mechanic for the Rio Grande Scenic railroad operating on the San Luis &Rio Grande. We run steam round trip between Alamosa and La Veta Colorado 7 days a week from May to October. Traveling over 120 miles daily we traverse La Veta pass each way.
