| I am a long term resident of Tucson, Arizona and began painting when I was four years old! My grandparents raised me. My Nana was an artist and began teaching me at a very young age everything she knew about being a creative and progressive artist. I have literally spent a lifetime developing my talents and creative abilities.
Over many years I have owned several businesses in creative fields, but my heart and soul are in my fine and decorative art. I work in my home studio called the Backporch Studio (named after my Nana’s studio) and love every minute of the creative process. I really can’t keep up with all the wonderful inspirations that come to my mind everyday! My camera goes with me everywhere! I am known for stopping at the spur of the moment to get a great shot of the landscape or sky. I use these photos to inspire my work.
