Linocut on white paper. Image measures 11" x 3". Relates to previous work (see Cogita Mori and Cannas). No print editions have been run. Offering one working proof. Process involves drawing an image and transferring it onto a linoleum block or tile. The image is cut into the surface with cutting tools and then inked very lightly. The low areas or cuts remain un-inked. It is then run through the press onto damp printmakers paper resulting in an image that is simultaneously printed (and embossed) on the paper.
