Acrylic and collage on gallery wrapped canvas. 48" x 48". Collage elements include fabric strips and asian newspaper strips. Thick paint areas achieved by mixing super heavy gel into the paint. Nests are symbolic of domestic safety, happiness, personal growth, protection and familiarity. This piece sold in August 2008 and resides in Dallas.
