DETAILS: Meet our newest NEWBORN arrival to our Nursery Handsome baby Owen Francis Xavier ~ Who has been hand painted with love and care using GHSP creating very realistic olive skin
tones with added shading to add tone for highest realism & newborn affect. I have very
gently mottled his skin all over and have given Owen a very slight pressure mark
on his forehead. Other realistic affects include soft veining on hands, wrists, arms, legs, feet and head. He also has finer
capillaries on certain areas of his face, along with small scratches from birthing, barely there milk pimples, correct blushing and manicured finger and toe nails with added soft sheen for realism. Owen Francis has natural and very realistic hand painted brows and fine realistic worry free hand painted brown hair. I have delicately micro rooted Owens
lashes and added slight oil sheen & moisture to his eyelids and corners of his eyes for a very real look to his little face. This moist look has also been added to his slightly parted mouth and lips to further increase the realism of this amazing baby. All babies from our Nursery are created to feel very real so Baby Owen Francis Xavier is perfected weighted for
realism making him a really amazing to hold. He snuggles right into your cradled arms. Being realistically sized and
weighted he will require correct support just as you would for a real
baby, by supporting his head and body correctly. Owen was a delight to create and I am sure he will make his new mummy very happy.

A $125 deposit is required to start a 3 month - 90 day LAYBY.
Regular fortnightly payments are required as per this lay-by agreement. Fortnightly payments start from date your deposit was received to your scheduled due
date.
To work out your minimum payment amount required per f/night
calculate your balance after deposit divided by the number of
fortnightly payments needing to be made until your due date given. (or this can be done for you)
When arranging your lay-by
payment via bank deposit or PayPal (family or Friends) please remember
to LEAVE PERSONAL ID & contact us so I may keep an eye out for it.
If you cancel or miss payments... You will loose all monies there in PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY
Laybys
are non
transferable to another individual or other doll. If no regular
payments are received or payments are missed the layaway will be
considered abandoned and cancelled with
