Meet the addition to our Reborn Nursery 'Baby Stephanie' she resembles a baby of a few weeks old. This cute REBORN  baby was originally the Nils sculpt by amazing sculptor Gudrun Legler. Gudrun is well know for her quality of realism and details creating much loved babies adored world wide. Stephanie has been painted with what I call ruddy skin tones, with blushed cheeks, blushed hands and feet along with added shading and tone for added realism. She has real look skin tones skin with nice details that include a slight pressure mark on her forehead,  beautifully manicured finger and toe nails with soft added sheen for realism. Stephanie has realistic hand painted brows and wispy hand painted hair, that is perfect for handling and dressing without the worry of micro rooted hair that requires very gentle handling and ongoing care. I love Gudruns babies this realistic faces are so cute. I have purposely not added lashes so the baby can be played with without concern of lashes being damaged during clothing changes. With play in mind Stephanie has a magnetic dummy to keep her happy when not being cuddled. I like all my babies to feel as real as possible but I also am aware of small arms of children (mummies) so with this in mind Stephanie is nicely weighted but is manageable for a young child to nurse while still offering a realistically sized baby it's important to treat your reborn as you would a real baby by supporting her head and body correctly.. Reborns are so popular giving the look and feeling of a real baby to care for and Stephanie is a great size for dressing fitting Newborn or 0000 equivalent and will bring much joy to her new mummy.
