Baby take home pack includes:
 NEW white newborn cross over nighty, white short sleeved romper, Under garments consisting of terry cloth nappy with mint green snappy & white singlet and white socks. Baby will come home wrapped in his or her own soft blanket. And for that yummy baby smell a fragrant sachet will also be included, along with Birth Certificate (you choose desired name & gender) & care sheet.
Baby wears some 000, 0000 or newborn size equivalent.

Weight ~ Realistically & floppy weighted TBA over 5lbs

Hair ~ Hand painted light to medium brown hair (no worries, no fuss)
Painted & sealed~ GHSP for best quality and results.

Meet our newborn baby (boy or girl) you decide. Newborn babies are a lovely addition to our Nursery. Baby is a wonderful highly realistic sculpt by Elisa Marx famous for her newborn babies, her babies have incredible hands and feet you will want to kiss!. Baby has been painted and sealed with GHSP with very realistic hand painted baby skin tones, complete with mottling, added shading for higher realism,  blushing, irregular birthing marks and imperfections, newborn marks and scratches, milk dots on nose and certain areas on the face adding to babies ultra high newborn realism. sure to not disappoint.  Babies other realistic details include, realistic veining, some subtly placed capillaries,  manicured finger and toe nails complete with a soft satin finish for realism. Baby also has sleepy new baby puffy eyes and a cute sucked in bottom lip. Babies hair and brows have also been realistic hand painted to light brown in colour no worries no fuss hair that will never require maintenance . Baby has been weighted for realism making him or her feel very lovely to hold. Being a realistic weighted and floppy baby will require correct support just as you would a real baby by supporting babies head and body correctly. I'm sure if you are after a real newborn life sized baby this bubby will definitely be a welcomed addition to someone's Nursery and will certainly be ready to give lots of cuddles and love. Baby is now ready for adoption are you this babies new mummy?

HOLDS
Holds are only permitted while payment is being arranged, whether this be for lay by deposit or payment in full. Hold time during open hours is minimal (1/2hours ONLY) please contact me for more information via  creative.artz@hotmail.com or phone  0400 362 762

LAY BY

.A $125 deposit is required to start a 3 month lay-By.  Regular fortnightly payments are required. If no regular fortnightly payments are received during that time the layaway will be considered abandoned and cancelled with no refunds, transfers nor credits given. When arranging to make a lay-by payment you must contact us so I know to expect it.  Laybys are non transferable to another individual or other doll.
