NATURAL INSPIRATIONS

Many of us love nature and spend as much time as possible outdoors - or wishing we could.   Emotional connections and visual impressions of the natural world energize and refresh us.
Memories and experiences in nature provide inspiration and content for my paintings. Viewers can look beyond the obvious, go deeper into the art and contemplate the complexities in nature,

My journey to become an artist followed a career as a public - school teacher.
Experiencing nature first-hand is paramount to me - whether on a neighborhood walk or a challenging adventure.
