Coffee morning, Angel card readings, hampers in aid of homeless
As it approaches Christmas hopefully people will consider coming to the gallery to buy some of our lovely gift items on offer... our art and locally made crafts & unusual gifts as possible choices for presents. Our artists want to give something back at the same time. We have put together some beautiful items made by our artists along with some of the gift wear in the gallery and created a beautiful hamper, which there will be tickets for in the gallery. The money will be donated to the Midlands Simon Community (looking after the homeless).
We have a drop off point in the gallery for hygiene items such as toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, face cloths & towels etc. I spoke to Jennifer in the Midlands branch and this is what they need most of all this year. People can make up a hygiene pack, or donate single items and we will group them together and make up packs. All donations will help.
On Saturday November 8th from 11am- 3.00pm we will be holding a coffee morning in aid of the Midlands Simon Community. Donations at the door will enter you into the draw for the hamper.
The following weekend Saturday 15th of November from 12-4.30pm we have our ever popular Psychic Medium Siobhan Brady back in the gallery to do a one card mini Angel card reading for a donation of €5 to the Simon Community. The coffee pot will be on as usual and it's free of charge and it will be a lovely fun way to spend an hour with your friends.
