| | I'm a self-taught artist with some training. I received most of my training in the Marine Corps as an illustrator for Fleet Marine Force manuals, posters, charts and slides, etc. After the Marine Corps 1970, I free-lanced around Washington D.C. until 1993; I was introduced to the Washington gallery scene. | | I started working in colored pencils in early 2000. I started to see color, and enjoy working with it. So I do as much as my hands will allow. At 64 my hands can't take the color mixing to often, I work on about 3 pieces a year (2010). |
