It is our policy to make sure that each buyer of art by the artist Diane Dunn is completely satisfied with their purchase. We aim to maintain 100% 5-Star Online ratings and reviews.  In an effort to always keep customers happy, please contact us immediately upon delivery, should any issue with your new painting arise.

If for some reason, you are not happy with your original painting or print, you may return it to us within 7 days of shipment. A receipt for an exchange of similar value or a full refund will be applied. Refunds/exchanges will be issued once the artwork is received back to the studio in the original package, is inspected, and is seen to be in the same pristine condition that it was in when it departed the studio. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
