Though raised on a farm, I chose to study art at San Francisco State University in the 1970's rather than pursue an agricultural education. My livelihood has come from a career in the building industry where my passion for architecture, interior design and landscape fulfilled my visual desire to create beauty. More recently I have steered my interests to include oil painting as a means of representing my visual connection to my surroundings.
