In my 20s!
Gosh, so many years have gone by so quickly. I cannot believe I used to look like this young troublemaker! Well, I can honestly say that, although I thought I knew it all then, I certainly did not. I am so much wiser and far more laid back and compassionate now than I've ever been in my life. Being an artist and a world traveler has taught me how little I need to be happy, and how much I have in common with most people of the world. It also taught me that creativity is my soul, and art has always been my first love.

I traveled all over the globe for 3 years, during which time I didn't do any jewelry art. It was an amazing adventure and when I returned to the States in 2020 it was as though I had new eyes to see my way to a whole new collection of work. Much of what I've done has been singular commissions because Covid has had me confined to a very limited audience of friends and referrals. But, I finally updated the site with quite a bit of new work that I created while staying safe right here in Asheville over the past year.  I'm really looking forward to getting my work out there in the galleries, but for now, it's a virtual game.

And finally, my work is always evolving, just as I am.
