So, Calgary has just survived a most devastating flood.
Me and mine are safe, but have witnessed first hand and via various devices (TV, internet) that many have not been so fortunate.
Thought: Some people are unlucky to have to live on a flood plain. Others have chosen to do so. While it is sad that anyone should have to experience this type of disaster, sometimes it can be mitigated with the choices that are made.
