My art is fueled by my encounters with nature. The area surrounding the Burren College of Art offers me a fresh and idyllic setting for new inspirations. Having toured the west coast of Ireland on two occasions, I was eager to experience once again its wind, light, rain, turf, and sea and to captivate the spirit of these elements on canvas in a manner that expresses the soulfulness of humanity.
