Despite rainy and cold weather, the group was flexible and had a great time. Even though they had to paint indoors, they each painted a sunrise and sunset and learned about temperature changes and values.  We stayed at the Quiet Creek Inn, a great place to paint or just to get away.

The students also were able to go around and see some of the great spots to paint and get ready for the plein air competition to be up in Idyllwild, June 11-12.  If you are interested in participating in the competition or get on my list for future workshops, email me through my website's contact page.
