It’s not that Waldo was unhappy at home, it’s just that he was curious to get out and taste the night life.

But now that he’s on the street, he starts thinking about how dangerous curiosity is to a cat in all the stories.

Somewhere in the background he hears a distance shout, “Where’s Waldo?!!!”
