Most of my work is done on stretched canvas and often the easiest and cheapest method of shipping is to remove the canvas from the stretcher and roll together in a large cardboard tube.
This generally means no frame. To send intact means constructing a strong wooden crate which will substantially increase weight, packaging and shipping costs.
