This is
of the series in the garden of my king~ another floristic pastel
painting of the community garden where I live. The ground is a prepared
thick watercolor paper with acrylic ground for pastel in an red orange
tone. After the draft I colored certain areas with pastel very lightly
and then used water and brush to become watercolor. When it was dry I
started layering color with the pastel sticks.
