This
painting is one of my more early ones. In the middle of the 90th I got
more and more the understanding that our Creator wants us to rest on the
7th day and not on the first day of the week (sun-day) and how
delightful a whole day for rest and study in Scriptures is, away from
all daily works for only to care for the things of Yah to praise and
honor and worship Him, which is symbolized in the painting with this
festive decoration of the weekly shabbat table.
