Ragged Windows Series These paintings explore views which are "staged" - as though gazed upon through a window. This gives the sense that one is looking through a strange portal into an interior world.
Magical Negroes Series The work in this gallery represents a new series that supports a large installation project to include memoir, artifacts, and paintings inspired by my white families encounters with and particiation in the Civil Rights Movement in Mississippi in 1967-1968.
