This is a contemporary piece, part of a 6 piece series, called the Gilded Bird Series, This is created on 400 lb. industrial paper, it has been gessoed and then multiple layers of acrylic along with collage work in the background and the wings. There is ink and marker work along with the finishing touch of Gold leaf.
