I finally finished this table top still life. Eileen Mandel and I were at lunch at BJ's when we looked at one another and said, "still life. Do you have a camera?" "No." Funny, because she's the photography teacher at her high school. A few weeks later, Harry and I went to our local BJ's for lunch and when the gal walked us to our table, I spotted a table with window light falling on the table top. I insisted on taking that table. This was natural light... and I really liked it. I asked our waiter for a glass of water with lemon and an extra slice on the side. Voila! I played around with the set up. The light only lasted 5 minutes, but this time I had a camera:) I'm entering this in the IAPS convention juried show.
