Today I did a demo for the PSSD. I demonstrated how to paint chrome, glass and fuzzy fruit. Quite a nice crowd for the meeting considering it was Super Bowl Sunday. I like to take my time and enjoy every little nuance of a pianting, but I was under a time limit today. Tam won the painting in the raffle.
Yesterday, I drove up to Laguna Beach for a workshop with one of my favorite ladies, Mary Aslin. The morning was filled with a demo and great info. After lunch, we set up our still life and painted. This was quick, but great for inspiration.
