Members of the Pastel Society of San Diego spent this morning as jurors for the Student Showcase for the San Diego County Fair. We judge the high school and community college fine art. The student work is exceptional, as well as inspirational. We all agree this is our favorite event of the year.

It is that time of year again. Entries to the San Diego County Fair Fine Art Show have been chosen. I am happy to report I have had three paintings selected for this show. This year's juror was Mary Aslin of Laguna Beach. I have taken workshops with Mary.
