In Coppertin’s dream, the crew is taking the long way to school in a Classic VW school bus, over the sand and through the fresh ocean breeze on the way to another day at Park Elementary. Their lunches are all packed and they all have sunscreen on their noses, so they are ready for a full day of learning to sit, stay, lay down, stop barking so much, and how to get into a kitchen garbage bag.

This dream day was painted with fine French acrylics over a stretched gallery wrap canvas by Santa Cruz artguy Vern Scharf, and protected for at least 300 semesters with multiple coats of lick-resistant varnishes.
