This
painting is already antique. In my first year living in Sweden (from and
with 1978), on the brink from winter to springtime, I painted this
landscape during my stay in Värmland. As an imagery painting It
represents my longing for life to sprout soon more and more in warmer
coming days, meanwhile it still was much crispy cold and the land
partly under snow.

The painting became a gift to my father; after my parents both passed away I got to repossess my work again.
